Flexible, Fair Pricing for Every Home

 

Florida homes come in all shapes and styles—from condos and townhouses to waterfront estates with pools, docks, and outbuildings. That’s why we don’t use a rigid pricing chart. A 2,000 sq ft home without a pool, garage vehicles, or exterior structures requires a very different level of service than a similarly sized home with multiple features to inspect.

 

We price each home individually to reflect its unique needs. As a general guideline:

 

Weekly Service:
  • Up to 1000 sf – $40
  • Up to 2000 sf – $50
  • Up to 3000 sf – $55
  • Up to 4000 sf – $60
  • Up to 5000 sf – $65
Biweekly Service:
  • Up to 1000 sf – $45
  • Up to 2000 sf – $60
  • Up to 3000 sf – $65
  • Up to 4000 sf – $75
  • Up to 5000 sf – $85

 

Additional features—such as pools, docks, sheds, vehicles, or complex layouts—may affect the final rate to ensure accurate, thorough service.
